Ticket terms & conditions
Each ticket price is made up of a £30 ticket + a £1.30 processing fee
After completing purchase, you will receive a pdf within 2 working days which will be your ticket. Please bring this printed or on your mobile to show.
Cancelling tickets:
Any purchases cancelled within 24hrs of purchase will receive full refunds (minus the processing fee). Otherwise:
Any ticket cancelled by 2nd Feb 2019 will receive a full refund (minus the processing fee)
Any ticket cancelled 3rd-9th Feb 2019 will receive a 50% refund (minus the processing fee)
Any ticket cancelled 9th-13th Feb 2019 will receive a 25% refund (minus the processing fee)
Tickets cancelled after 13th Feb 2019 cannot be refunded.
Cancellations may be actioned by contacting us through this form, & will be responded to within 24hrs where possible.
